Pre-orders

All pre-orders require a 15% non-refundable deposit and have a full refund window of 24 hours. After 24 hours your order will be subject to a 15% restocking fee upon cancellation. All pre-orders come with a general release date but things can always change. When it’s shipped to us, we ship to you!

Shop Pay/Affirm Payments

Please note that payments are automatic and ship dates my slip beyond your last payment. That is out of our hands and we can't pause or refund any payments for late shipments.

Condition

Keep in mind that boxes may not be 100% when received by us. Sometimes they get shipped to us with dings and scrapes. We do our absolute best to ship you the best version and with proper shipping materials. But fear not, we will not ship something broken to you. If a pristine box is something you need, please contact us and we’ll do our best to make you happy.

Returns

All returns must be reported to us within 7 days of delivery. Items must be unopened with original shipping box. A 15% restocking fee will charged per item. Defective items should be dealt with by contacting the manufacturer

Where did my pre-order go?

Your pre-orders are still saved and we'll contact you as items get released. You'll just be invoiced directly instead for the remaining owed.
